1. Based on relevant guidelines, you will be able to consider and explain the
benefits and risks of stimulant use in adolescent and adult patients—with and
without preexisting cardiovascular conditions—to create an optimized treatment
plan.
2. You will be
able to evaluate the risks for abuse, misuse, and diversion of medications for
ADHD and to discuss and apply this information when considering treatment
options for your adolescent and adult patients with ADHD.
